AFP Annual Conference Recap
In May of 2022, the entertainment capital of the world became the fundraising capital of the world, as AFP ICON—the world’s No. 1 fundraising conference—was held at the MGM Grand hotel and conference center in Las Vegas for three incredible days of learning and connecting.
There were over 2,600 attendees with 130 sponsors exhibiting in the exhibit hall. Donation Station Solutions was booth 239 and the traffic was tremendous. We saw many interested attendees that had the need for untapped donations at their non-profit locations. We have been very busy in the past couple of weeks catching up with the demand for the donation stations and ensuing solution.
Cam Richardson said, ‘the level of questions poised to us while at AFP were such that we felt the understanding of the solution was quite high. This given with the uniqueness of our offering made for a very satisfying experience at the conference.’
Donation Station solutions would like to give a big thank you to the organizers and the Vegas chapter of AFP for putting together such a great conference. We also wish to thank Catapult for putting on a great evening for all attendees and exhibitors at Drai’s Beachclub in the Cromwell. Even though some brave souls managed to end up in the pool!
